SNK CORPORATION has confirmed that Mr.KARATE will join FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves as a Season Pass 2 DLC character. A teaser trailer for Mr.KARATE was released the same day the announcement was made.

According to SNK, Mr.KARATE is scheduled to arrive in May 2026. The character is described as a mysterious karate fighter who conceals his identity behind a tengu mask.
Mr.KARATE is part of the broader Season Pass 2 lineup, which SNK says will add six characters in total, released monthly:
- Kim Jae-Hoon (available now)
- Nightmare Geese (available now)
- Blue Mary
- Wolfgang Krauser
- Mr.KARATE
- Kenshiro, from the anime FIST OF THE NORTH STAR
According to SNK, a sixth “mystery character” for Season Pass 2 will be announced at a later date.
According to SNK, the individual release windows for the remaining DLC characters are Blue Mary in March 2026, Wolfgang Krauser in April 2026, Mr.KARATE in May 2026, and Kenshiro in June 2026. Season Pass 2 is priced at ¥1,980 (about $13) as a digital-only release.
SNK is also running a limited-time 40% discount called the “1st Anniversary Sale” on the FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves Legend Edition, which bundles the base game with both Season Pass 1 and Season Pass 2. The sale brings the digital edition down from ¥6,490 (about $43) to ¥3,894 (about $26) on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Epic Games Store.
